Welcome to Syracuse Area Health. No matter how long or short the stay, we want to make it easy for our patients to have an enjoyable visit with friends and family.
Guidelines and Hours
Syracuse Area Health has open visitation hours, however we do have the following requests:
Please check with the nursing station upon arrival or in advance by phone to make sure the patient is well enough to receive visitors.
All hospital entrances are locked after 9 p.m. Please call ahead if you wish to visit after this time.
Avoid visiting a patient if you have a cold or other communicable diseases. The nurse will tell you about any special guidelines for visiting patients.
Visiting family members are welcome to use our Cafeteria. Meals are offered at a very reasonable cost.
Gift Shop
Guests are invited to visit our Gift Shop located in the front lobby, featuring a wide array of gifts, snacks and unique Thrift Shop finds!
