Physical Therapy

Sometimes, patients need extra help recovering from an injury or surgical procedure and that’s exactly what the professional physical therapy team at Syracuse Area Health provides.
Physical therapy is a treatment option for adults, and the elderly, plus, athletes and those who are physically active at work. It uses a combination of strength and range of motion exercises to help with a patient’s rehabilitation journey. And, in most cases, it’s the first treatment option for injuries that can delay, or even avoid, the need for surgery.

To schedule an appointment with any of our therapists, please call 402.269.7622.

The physical therapy department is located in the hospital and therapists are available to see and treat patients Monday – Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. If you’re experiencing a medical condition not listed below, please contact us to see if it is treatable with a select physical therapy treatment plan.
