Cardiac Rehab

Cardiac rehab is a supervised program where patients with heart disease and other cardiac conditions get help to improve their physical, emotional, vocational and social functions. After an assessment by a nurse, our skilled rehab team personalizes programs that often include a combination of education, exercise, equipment training, heart rhythm monitoring and lifestyle modifications to improve heart health or help slow or reverse the progression of heart disease. Get started with cardiac rehab: Contact your cardiologist, primary care provider, or the SAH Cardiac Rehab Office at 402-269-7615.
