Cardiac Rehab

Cardiac rehab is a supervised program where patients with heart disease and other cardiac conditions get help to improve their physical, emotional, vocational and social functions. After an assessment by a nurse, our skilled rehab team personalizes programs that often include a combination of education, exercise, equipment training, heart rhythm monitoring and lifestyle modifications to improve heart health or help slow or reverse the progression of heart disease.
