Syracuse Area Health is pleased to announce the upcoming acquisition of Cedar Plains Family Medicine and Bella Wellness & Aesthetics. This partnership represents an exciting step forward in expanding access to trusted, compassionate care for families across Southeast Nebraska.
Effective January 1, 2026, both practices will officially join Syracuse Area Health’s recently launched division, Sagewell.
As part of the transition, Cedar Plains Family Medicine will become Sagewell Family Medicine, and Bella Wellness & Aesthetics will become Sagewell Aesthetics. Patients in Hickman, NE and nearby communities will continue to have access to their same trusted primary care provider, Terrie Spohn, DNP, APRN-NP, FNP-BC, while gaining a broader network of services through Syracuse Area Health.
