Syracuse Area Health (SAH) is announcing that after a remarkable ten years of service, Nancy Brack, Chief Human Resources Officer, will retire in January 2026. Nancy’s distinguished career in healthcare HR began with 23 years at Nebraska Medicine in various HR roles, and Nancy brought a wealth of experience to Syracuse Area Health in 2015.

Nancy initially joined SAH as the Vice President of Human Resources and later advanced to Chief Human Resources Officer. During her tenure, she led with unparalleled dedication, building a vibrant and supportive workplace culture, and recruiting exceptional talent. Her expertise and compassionate leadership have profoundly impacted the organization.
