Arboretum Project Fundraising
Syracuse Area Health is proud to announce a project to enhance the on-site walking trail and establish an arboretum at the SAH campus. Thanks to a partnership with the Nebraska Statewide Arboretum, the Syracuse Area Health campus will begin to see the first phase of these changes implemented in the Fall of 2023, with phase two beginning in the spring of 2024.
The project's vision is to use nature to inspire a healthy and healing environment for patients and the community.
The landscape and arboretum project will provide a beautiful area for patients, visitors, and the entire community. Native plants, windbreak trees, and gardens with “comfort stations” will be added to the existing area.
You are invited to support the fundraising effort of the SAH Foundation and the Arboretum Project Committee. Donations and volunteers are needed to bring the vision to life.
The committee hopes to raise $25,000 for phase 1 and phase 2. In-kind donations, which include goods, services and time, are also welcome.
